Dr. Steven Way, Chiropractor

Dr. Steven Way, Chiropractor


Dr. Steven Way, B.Sc.(Hon.), D.C., was born and raised in Toronto. After graduating from Western University with an honours biology degree in 1993, Dr. Way proceeded to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating in 1997 after a rigorous 4-year program.


Now practising at his present location for 25 years, Dr. Way enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries and conditions from all ages in a family-oriented practice.


Dr. Way's practice includes muscle work, stretches, adjustments, postural and ergonomic advice, and any electro modalities that are available to physical therapists, such as ultrasound, electro-therapy, and spinal decompression.

Dr. Way resides locally with his wife and three young children and enjoys all sporting and outdoor activities.

Dr. Matthew Ang

Dr. Matthew Ang

Dr. Matthew Ang graduated from the University of Toronto in 2013 with an Honours Bachelors of Science in Biological Chemistry. He pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the New York Chiropractic College graduating on the Dean’s List in 2017. In his early years, Dr. Ang played soccer at a competitive level and was fortunate enough to train with teams all around the world. Numerous injuries over the years exposed Dr. Ang to various forms of rehabilitative care. Chiropractic treatments played a huge role in allowing him to play at an elite level which fueled his desire to pursue a career as a Chiropractor. Dr. Ang returns to his home town of Scarborough to provide care for the community he grew up in. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ang spends his free time with his wife and son playing various sports and enjoying the great outdoors.

Catherine Ma, Chiropodist

Catherine Ma, Chiropodist


Catherine Ma is a chiropodist dedicated to providing patient-centered foot care and podiatric medical services. Catherine obtained her kinesiology B.A degree from the University of Western Ontario. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Catherine entered the chiropody program at The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences, where she received hands-on training at The Sherbourne Health Clinic, Women's College and The Michener chiropody clinic.


Catherine has seen and treated numerous foot ailments, including but not limited to, diabetic foot care, wound care, fungal toenails, corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, and sports injuries. As a member of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario and the Ontario Society of Chiropodists, Catherine is committed to enhancing the future of foot care in Ontario.


Catherine loves to spend time with her family and is loving her experience as a first-time mother to a happy and active baby boy.

Holly Farnell, RMT

Holly Farnell, RMT

Holly Farnell joined Port Union and Lawrence Chiropractor and Physiotherapy clinic in 2007 as a receptionist while concluding her final year at Sir Oliver Mowat Collegiate Institute. She continued as a part-time receptionist while pursuing her educational goals and dreams in becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from Centennial College in April 2013 and after completing the Ontario massage board exams, she joined the team as a Registered Massage Therapist in October, 2013. On her days out of the office, she enjoys relaxing by the pool and long walks at the beach with her dog.

Farhad Minooei, PT

Farhad Minooei, PT


Farhad went to the University of Toronto to achieve his bachelor’s degree. After that, he attended the University of Western Ontario where he earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. He has extensive experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, treating a wide variety of injuries. His goal in his practice is to get patients back to their active life as soon as possible after suffering from work injuries, car accidents, sports injuries or major surgeries. He emphasizes Active therapy and hands-on Manual therapy to help his patients achieve their optimal goals as soon as possible. 


Farhad believes in evidence-based treatment programs and has a variety of post-graduate training and certifications including Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Advanced Concussion Management and Acupuncture. 


In his Spare time, Farhad likes to stay active, enjoy time with family and friends and tries his best to make time for travelling around the world

Junya

Junya started his rehab career as a kinesiologist for six years prior to attending Columbia University’s Irving Medical Center for physical therapy. Upon graduation in 2020, Junya worked in outpatient orthopaedics treating various injuries from car and work accidents, athletics, and major surgeries.

Junya believes in active therapy as well as manual therapy to help patients get back to doing what they love. He has training and experience using advanced techniques from accredited physiotherapy programs such as the Institute of Physical Arts (IPA) and the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI). Finally, he also has experience in pediatrics helping children implement movement based interventions for improved motor development.

In his free time, you’ll see Junya reading and writing. And when he’s not enjoying the literary arts, he’s in the kitchen cooking or baking up a storm
